Trained in the green mountains of Vermont, where he found his love for food, the forests, and feeling good in your body, Connor is excited to join Freeport Alternative Wellness for your massage therapy needs.

 

Heart-centered and technique driven, bring the stresses of life in and leave feeling lighter in body and spirit. ​

Outside of the treatment room, Connor cultivates an abundance of food, flowers, pets, woods walks, ocean dips, and power naps. 

 

He also brings a former life as a community organizer to a local affordable housing organization during the week.
